Since the new year, I've witnessed and discovered new things.
First, there is my weight. Now honestly, I never realized that after all the holidays, that I had actually gained THAT much weight. I will say close to 5, maybe even 10 pounds.
SO, because of my
MissMcfattiness, I'm starting this week, basically, no soda, no cookies or cake, nothing GOOD- WATCH out people, I may get a little grouchy at times!
In order to
relieve my
MissMcfattiness I'll simply, one big meal a day, which will be lunch, and then 2 snacks before and after, oh and of course a very healthy breakfast!
I'm getting married, I have to not only fit into my dress, but I have to for myself look decent for these pictures that my Great
grand kids will be looking at!
I think
I'll go tan, maybe that will help me, I won't look so ghostly, and therefore, maybe
I'll look less like Miss
